Rail Operations Control Center Response to WMD Incidents

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to identify security vulnerabilities that make transit systems a terrorist target, specify transit's priorities during terrorist attack, distinguish between the characteristics of chemical, biological, radiological, and explosive weapons, recognize key principles in responding to a terrorist attack involving WMDS and understand the role of rail OCC personnel in preventing terrorist attacks.
